The space
- Noise Potential:

Please be aware that this property may experience noise due to its location on the corner of a main road. It is also situated below a social card club.

- Flat's Floor:

The flat is situated on the second floor, so please note that stairs must be climbed.

- Flat Features:

The flat features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, toaster, electric hob, oven, cutlery, and dishes. In the living room, you'll find a foldable table with two chairs and a two-seater sofa with a TV. One bedroom contains a standard UK double bed (135 cm wide) while the other has a small double bed (120 cm wide), both featuring memory foam mattresses. Each bedroom includes a mirrored wardrobe, a bedside table with a lamp, and one room also has a desk and an office chair.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, toilet, and essential toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper.

- Stains:

Our bedding and towels are cleaned professionally in a laundry shop, and sometimes one or two stains are left by the chemicals used. However, we assure you they are cleaned and sanitised to a professional level.

- Smart TV:

We provide a Smart TV with no public channels, so it is necessary to have your own login details to access Netflix, Amazon Prime or any streaming platform.

- Boiler:

During summer (June until the end of September), the central heating is turned off due to the milder temperatures and to avoid excessive heat.

Other things to note
AGE MINIMUM FOR BOOKINGS
We will not accept bookings for guests who are less than 23 years old. Will only be accepting guests with less than 18 years old, only if they are accompanied by an adult.

COMPANY WORKING HOURS
Our working hours are Monday to Sunday from 10 AM to 7 PM. If you message us OUTSIDE our working hours, we will only be able to assist you on the following day. Urgent issues involving fire, burst pipes or rubbery will be replied to on the same day.

CHANGE ON THE RESERVATION
Alterations on the dates of the reservation will only be accepted up to 10 minutes after the booking is confirmed, if the cause for the alteration is due to an error on the booking's date, not personal reasons.

PASSPORT
For security reasons, it is required a screenshot of a valid passport (front page of the document with all the information visible) of ALL guests who will be staying in this property, including the main guest, even if she/he has the account verified. Minors' and visitors' passport’s will be required as well.

NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED
In case of any evidence of parties and noise disturbance, the booking will be cancelled with immediate effect.

NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED
No visitors are allowed besides the guests in the booking. We will make an exception in allowing visitors of the guests (such as family and relatives) if notified beforehand.

BOOKINGS FOR THE SAME DAY
For Bookings made for the same day, we can not guarantee the check-in time as we have our cleaning logistics.
